2024 Project! Let's make the terrace more inviting...

When we departed in November 2023, Ludo was starting to recreate a piece of his art on an old wooden door. We bought the supplies and reassured him that the lack of perfection from his original would indeed be wonderful.

Ludo's reproduction of his art goes on the door and it becomes a metaphor for Velos opening the door to the future for the young people. The door becomes the centerpiece of a more comforting terrace.

The terrace is another room at Velos- a place for community and sometimes thoughtful solitude and processing.
